If you ever have a concern with the level of officiating in your game, wait 24 hours, then write a letter or send an e-mail outlining where and when the game occurred and I will ensure that I review what happened. My responsibility is to find ways and means to further develop our officials in a positive manner.

Exhibition games

All coaches are reminded to call to book referees at least 48hrs prior to any exhibition games (see appropriate numbers above)

Cancelled games

If for any reason a scheduled home game must be cancelled or deferred, the coach must be give at least 24 hours notice to the appropriate District B Referee Assignor (see above). Otherwise the CHA will be charged for the cost of these game officials.
